Roaches, Deceptive advertising, Awful experience
Just don't live here, management is awful, the apartment is awful, the apartments aren't clean, the renewal price wont match their rates for new tenants, the fire alarms are faulty, people sleep in the stairwells, there's not enough parking, there have been roach infestations, and the apartments themselves are older than they look.

Bad Property, Worse Management
Old, run down, out of date appliances and buildings combined with management that will not respond or help with any problem you might have. A convenient enough location but absolutely not worth living here.

Vey shady apartment and management is terrible
Vey shady apartment with homeless crawling everywhere. They frequently break in cars and steal stuff. Management doesn't care even a bit. Garage parking is useless as they've gates open all the time, gate never closes. Apartment smells like dog and poop is everywhere. Very dirty, very costly apartment and doesn't worth at all.

Do not live here
If you want roaches, ants, and rodents, this is the place for you! Do you like difficult property management companies that take advantage of their tenants! Then come on down to the Palladio where you’ll hate every aspect of where you live!
