We have really enjoyed living at Hampton Place apartments. Though it is apartment living, it really doesn't feel like it. The layouts of the apartments make it feel like a home and it has been so cozy for us. Our neighbors are all so kind and it is quiet here, even being by Redwood Road. The staff has been so kind and understanding to us during harder months and the maintenance is so kind, quick, and efficient. We feel like we have space and privacy. So grateful.

Hampton has been a great place to live! The staff are amazing and maintain is always on top of things. The neighborhood is filled with great friendly neighbors and kids of all ages for families to hang out with. We love the playground and swimming pool.

Love it here quite area and amazing staff!! Love how updated the apartments are wish water pressure was a bit better in the shower though. All around good choice if your looking for a place rent a little high but worth the perks that come with it

Overall, it has been a decent place to live. I have had a few issues with my apartment, but they have gotten fixed relatively quickly. The street noise is not ideal, but the neighbors are quiet and I do not have any problems with them!
