Regular homeless drug addicts in the building. Noisy from neighbors and the street. Smell of cigarettes and marijuana in building regularly. Center air had to run all day on a hot day and the indoor temperature was still over 80 degrees. Non-responsive property management (Core Communities). They lie and don't respond to maintenance requests. Worst place I have ever lived and I have been renting for 20 years.

Only been here for a month and went my first over a week with no AC (record high heat) and couldn’t get anyone to respond then the building didn’t have hot water for a week and the other day I got a text that the gas was shut off for a bit due to a small gas leak. The parking is not great but there are a limit amount of spots you can pay to park in. Getting anything delivered is a nightmare so definitely have to go pick it up at an Amazon or ups locker.
