Must pay rent on time and responsible. We don't have time for deadbeats, losers, criminals etc * We want our tenants to have good tenant experience so important that you are a nice person and good match. * The best part is you are on room Contract - individual contract so you won't be responsible for others, only your own rent and we will find roommates for you unless you already have friends who want to be your roommates.
