* Prior to applying, we advise groups of 3 or more non-related applicants to check with the city for non-related occupancy ordinances.
* Emergency Contact Required for each adult.
* Pets: One small or medium dog allowed with $53 pet rent and $525 refundable pet deposit. Size and breed restrictions apply.

Additional deposit may be required if all the requirements above are not met, if cosigners are required, etc. If using Obligo deposit free option, the maximum coverage is 1.5x rent.
