Honestly been great living here. Property management is quick to fulfill maintenance, etc. It’s a great location in the Marmalade neighborhood right next to the Capitol building.
Partner and I split up, and I ended up with... the apartment. It’s a great spot, but more space than I need on my own. Just looking to downsize.

This is a takeover, so we’d be transferring it out of my name and into yours. Lease ends at the end of April 2027.
Base rent is $1499/mo
Additional fees like parking, utilities, on site storage unit, etc. will vary by usage and what optional things you wish to maintain (like parking spaces)
As of now, all in with two spaces, storage unit, utilities, google fiber, etc. works out to right around $1800 every month, fluctuating slightly with utilities and such.

This is a pretty roomy 2 bedroom with 1 Bathroom. Off the living room is a separate dining area with a bar top that passes through to the kitchen, making the main living area quite large.
One bedroom is a bit bigger than the other and has a walk in closet.
Lots of private space outside with a grill and large shared yard.
Unit has GFiber already connected and super fast. Gas heating, and central AC.
No washer/drier in unit, but the building has a free to use laundry room about 45 steps from the front door. This is the only unit without it, so you’ll have essentially exclusive claim to the laundry. Honestly kind of nice to have your own separate space for that. More room in the apartment.
