—Your Roommates—
-You’ll be sharing this spacious house with 5 other roommates (all with private rooms). Our household includes both men and women.
-We’re a mix of grad students and working professionals.
-We value a quiet, respectful, and clean living environment.
-We enjoy game nights, puzzle nights, and backyard campfires, and occasionally host holiday or event parties—but this isn’t a party house, and things stay low-key most of the time.
—About the House—
-Recently updated kitchen and bathrooms with modern amenities.
-Central AC and heat, plus in-house laundry
-Spacious porch with comfy couches and a large backyard for enjoying the outdoors.
-A cleaner comes once a month for shared spaces, but everyone is responsible for keeping things tidy in between.
-For everyone’s comfort, we have a no-smoking, no-drugs, and no-pets policy. We also keep gatherings low-key—this isn’t the right fit for heavy partying or live-in couples.
—Lease Details—
-Rent: $700/month
-Utilities: ~$130/month on average (less in Spring/Fall). This includes a cleaner who tidies shared spaces once a month.
-Internet: Google Fiber (fully covered by the landlord).
-Lease: One-year lease required, transitioning to month-to-month after the first year.
-Security deposit is $250 + one month's rent ($700). The $700 rent is used to pay the final month's rent when you move out, and the $250 security deposit is refunded at the end of your lease.
