ROOM: Furnished with full-size bed + pictured furniture. Wood flooring, wainscoting, large backyard-facing window, and ceiling fan.
IMPORTANT: The shared washer/dryer is inside the bedroom behind sliding barn doors. Both upstairs tenants use it, so we’ll establish a schedule that respects your privacy. No traditional closet, but additional storage elsewhere in the house can be arranged.
The full bathroom is shared with me. Full kitchen includes granite counters, stainless appliances, dishwasher, and ample storage. Working fireplace + rooftop solar.
INCLUDED: Electricity, gas, water, sewer/trash, Wi-Fi, toilet paper, paper towels & normal shared household supplies.
LEASE: Flexible with a 3-month minimum. Background check + proof of income at least 2× monthly rent required.
HOUSEHOLD: LGBTQ+ friendly, non-LDS. Women and queer folks preferred. No indoor smoking. One roommate only.
ANIMALS: One 30-lb dog lives here and is kenneled when I’m away. You are not responsible for him. He has significant dog aggression, so another dog cannot safely live here. I also have a severe cat allergy (facial swelling). Due to these health/safety constraints, this home is not a good fit for anyone who needs to live with another animal, including an ESA/service animal.
