Located 2.5... blocks west of BYU south campus near Brick Oven and the Smith Fieldhouse, the Barnett House is a 2 level home (main and basement). The main floor has 1 shared room and 1 private room for a total of 3 tenants. The basement consists of 3 private rooms. Each level has a washer, and dryer in unit. All bedrooms are large and furnished with a bed and dresser. Tenants can enjoy access to an outdoor pool and hot tub (open seasonally) as well as a BBQ/courtyard area and basketball court that neighboring houses share. There is a driveway for tenant parking as well as some street parking. Multiple UTA stops are just a few minutes walk away.

Year contracts run through August 2027. The deposit is equal to two times the monthly rent (up to $1,000). Total rent is divided into 12 equal payments due on the first of each month. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own internet account.
