Along with the views, the amenities here are really great. The staff is always knowledgeable, and friendly. When a repair is needed, the staff is quick to address the issue and complete the repair. I have always felt safe here.

I just toured ICO Mayfield and it looks amazing! My husband and I are very anxious to make out move here and enjoy all the amenities that they offer, like their 24/7 fitness center, hot tub, and pet play area. Our new puppy will love it there!

I have lived here over 2 years and never want to leave! I live right by the dog park and go there every day with my dog. I never hear my neighbors above me which was a big concern when I was looking for a home. I recommend Mayfield to everyone!

My family and I have had a great experience living at The Residences at Mayfield, the staff has been great to work with and always have time to meet our needs in a friendly manner. Lots of amenities and quality living spaces.

This apartment complex was perfect when we first moved in, great staff, great amenities, and what we thought was a great deal on a beautiful place. 3 months later everything has changed. We will start with the water bill, each building has the water split up using a multiplier based on how many people live in the apartment. For 2 people and with 2 of the apartments in our building not rented out we have been paying 85 dollars for our water bill. YES 85 dollars! Now that is something that has... really bothered us but not something that we would have complained too much about, then this happened. Today we got a call from someone in the office letting us know that the garage that came with our apartment actually doesn’t come with our apartment and we need to move all of our stuff out because the renter that gets the garage is now moving in. She mentioned that there was a “note” saying that we were temporarily using the garage. We had our rent increased to account for getting the garage and because it wasn’t well documented on their end there is nothing we can do about it. We are now paying more money for an apartment without a garage and an absurd water bill. We moved into this apartment for the garage and the great reviews and are now regretting it, we had planned on staying here for YEARS but now will be trying to end our agreement.
