I am loving living at the Devon Apartment. The apartment is so nice and the staff and maintenance have been fantastic. it is a great place to live! :)

This wasn't my first experience with an apartment building and at first it felt like a really good environment and place to live. I really enjoyed the location of the Devon and how convenient it was.
-About a month into living here they took away almost ALL the parking spots for a Cookie store that isn't actually open yet. Instead of giving there paying residents parking they want people buying cookies from a store that hasn't opened in over a year.. Parking was a nightmare and they didn't seem... to care at all. They gave most the parking to construction workers over there paying residents.
- The hallways always smelled like sewer and were never clean.
-The elevator was the worst/slowest elevator I've ever been on.
- The rooms aren't soundproof + there was construction for a year straight right outside.
- Also don't accidently burn something in the oven because they will charge you for "smoking violations" without any proof.
-Completely overpriced.
-We were told we could get a garage for parking in 4-6 months after moving in and its been over a year and the garages aren't even close to being done.
-The management was very rude except for one worker named "Jenna" who is no longer there.
-Overall it was the worst experience I've had with an apartment building. I would strongly recommend going to a place with a less convenient location. Read More

Management ignored application submissions, contacted me about needed help starting the application after it had already been submitted, ghosted me after telling them I sent it and asking if dues needed to be paid then, and contacted the other applicant with me the next day saying someone already paid to reserve the place.
