Walking and mountain biking trails are accessible directly from the neighborhood. Great for EPIC and ICON pass holders. Move-in costs Application fee: $45 (nonrefundable) Security deposit: $4500 First month's rent (prorated) ~$4,500 Lease initiation fee: $450 (one time, nonrefundable) Monthly Costs: Rent: $4,500 Utilities: All utilities in tenant's name Security deposit is refundable less cleaning and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
