Rent was outrageous. Deceitful and rude staff. When we moved in, the apartment was FILTHY. Clearly didn’t clean before we moved in. Put a “deposit” down that was conviently put in the wrong place, so we didn’t get the deposit back. Signed a non-smoking lease that was a complete joke. Someone was smoking marijuana, that the complex refused to take care of. Nobody seemed to care that we weren’t able to use the 2nd bathroom we were renting because of the smell. Stay away from this complex. Hated... this place.

Ridgeview Apartments
The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The landscape is in order, and there have been no instances of insect infestation. The staff is helpful and always responsive.

Decent for the money.
Currently paying $1,000 average per month for a one bedroom. We got an extremely good deal upon move in it was too good to pass up. But didn't really consider the fact that we'd have to spend working the entire month just to barely pay the rent. It is a very large apartment though, 950 square feet! SO much space, which is very nice. The office manager has been very wonderful with addressing any concerns. This might not be the place for you if you ever pay the rent late. Because the rent is due... the first. if you pay it on the third they will charge you $150 extra.
