About the house: The rest of the house is pretty open. All 3 bedrooms share a bathroom, but it is large enough to accommodate. The vanity area is separate from the bath/shower, so it does not prevent anyone from getting ready. There is an additional... half bath on the main floor as well. The living room and the kitchen are large, open spaces. I have an office set up in the living room, and the kitchen has a lot of counter and cabinet space. Here are some additional amenities:

I have an extensive background in software development, and recent education in financial advisement and investment. I have an 11 y/o border collie who is very sweet and very mild for a collie. The downside is that she does not get along with other dogs very well, so I can't accept any additional pets at this time. I enjoy company and I like to have guests over when I have the time and energy for it. I prefer to be social, and looking for people I can get along with and at the very least enjoy conversation with. I enjoy a very wide variety of activities including rock climbing, hiking, games, music, and biking. The other house mate is another working male in his 40s.
About you, and the process: I'm looking for positive, social people. I prefer to establish positive connections with the people I share a living space with. However, the bar is fairly low. If you're respectful and considerate, you're already halfway there. We help each other out, and try to create an environment of open communication, and positive support. I’ll need a background check and a signed lease before releasing the room. First month’s rent and a deposit equal to rent is required upfront. I am happy to schedule times to come view the property and meet me any time I am available. Since I am looking for someone who is a good fit, I'll likely want to chat with you before making any decisions.
