Bad place to live absolutely do not recommend living here when I first moved in I asked for a nest of black widows in my garage to get taken care of and they said they would send out someone to take care of it and it never got taken care of I have also asked them to fix some things in my apartment that have been broken and they said they would send someone out but never did it’s been over 3 months I’ve been asking for stuff in my apartment to get fixed and they also do not keep up with... maintenance around the apartment they have had dry wall spots all over the walls in the hall but haven’t painted them it’s been 6 months with them like that and they charge a arm and leg to live here but can’t even make the inside of the apartment look nice and the doors to get inside the apartment are usually broken so you have to find a door that actually works even if that means walking all the way around the building to find a door that works the parking situation also sucks there is guest parking spots for guests but there usually all taken up by people who already live here and have a spot to park in don’t recommend living here unless they start changing things up Read More

my friend did her tour and application process with andrew and he was so sweet and funny. i was laughing throughout the entire thing and he made us feel very comfortable and made the whole process a little less stressful. amazing person and amazing customer service. 10/10.
