I've lived here for a few months now and I must say I love it. The apartment itself is in great condition and was a steal for a 1-bedroom. My power and gas bills are cheap here, the water is provided, the laundry facilities work well and are maintained by a friendly guy that lives there. Plus honestly my neighbors are the nicest friendliest people. The walls are thick too so you can't really ever here your neighbors so that is nice as well. The management company is easy to work with and even... paying my rent is simple. I also love that I'm so close to 2 major grocery stores, several smaller ones, a great local coffee shop called Brew Monkey, a dollar store, and pretty much every food place you could imagine. There is a max stop outside the building. Basically everything is in walking distance and it's nice. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great deal. Read More
