You can’t have a bbq. Your trash can must be stored in your garage. People run businesses out of their garages and take up all the parking spots. Some streets are considered private so if they take up parking or park wrong they won’t be towed. Work trucks are allowed to hang out in the street because they don’t fit in the driveway..

We really like it here. The only thing that is bad is the parking. You have people that have cars that are broke down in their garages and so they have to part outside plus use the guest parking. Really frustrating to the ones that can park in the garage and have guests coming over. They have to park down the road and walk forever. They really need to get these issues figured out. Other than that this place is great

Move in was as easy as could be expected. Everyone was very accommodating. Glad our neighbors were so understanding. So going papers and getting our keys went well because everything was ready for us.
