This has been the WORST renting experience of my life. Management is an absolute joke from the beginning. When me and my roommates moved in management had to run inside our apartment on move in day and do the inspection because they forgot. I tried to get in contact with them multiple times and after every failed attempt either from calling or emailing, I gave up. Me and my fiancé were getting married and planning on moving to salt lake and, one of management told my roommates and me we could... find someone to take over our lease if WE marketed it and found someone to take it over. They told us that we should have them apply for an apartment through the website and leave a note in the application saying they were applying for our unit. I’m almost curtain every person we referred to sell our lease ended up getting another apartment(6 people or more) and, they went back on their word and told us we could no longer sell the lease. The management lied about our deposit refund. They told us they would send us an itemized list of what was deducted from our deposit but all they did was take almost half of our deposit and just told us it was for cleaning. We cleaned our apartment really good and took photos of it too. They even told us our apartment was really clean when we moved out. We asked to get an itemized list and they said there isn't one. The lease we signed says they will give us an itemized list for charges taken... from our deposit but they dont really care and took our money anyways. They are liars and they dont care. Read More

The apartments are decent, Management cares about you when you move in but not when you move out. They were not very responsive to our emails or texts and they did not uphold their end of the lease agreement when we moved out. Our lease states that we will get a full refund of our deposit if we fulfill our end of the agreement and that they will send an itemized list of deductions with reasons for any charges taken from our deposit when they send us our return. The move in/move out inspections... sheet states that a minimum of $35 per hour will be charged for any necessary cleaning. We never got an itemized list but instead they just automatically took about half of our deposit for a "cleaning charge". When we reached out, it took about a week for us to get a hold of them due to their unresponsiveness and they told us our apartment was really clean when we moved out so they only charged us $180. They told us there is no itemized list, just a standard charge between $180-$300. This standard charge is not in our lease agreement and although our lease states that we will get an itemized list with reasons for deductions, they will not send one. I do not recommend living here. Maple Valley is a great complex to live at. I’ve lived in many apartment complexes and I can honestly say this is one of the best! The apartments are large and have a lot of closet space. We love having granite countertops and brand new carpet as well. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The community itself is awesome!

I’ve lived at maple the past three years and have really enjoyed the community and amenities. The office staff has been able to help me whenever I’ve had questions on anything. The maintenance techs have always done a great job at keeping up with any of my request in a timely manner. We also love the big dog park, highly recommend!
