I would highly recommend
My husband and I are building a home with ivory homes, and have been faced with the challenge of finding somewhere to rent while we build. When we found out about ICO Ridge, it was the perfect solution. They were able to do a lease for the amount of time we needed, and work with us to get us in as soon as possible. The management is very friendly and courteous, and the apartments are gorgeous. They are very well maintained, and have spacious floor plans that work perfect for our family. ... They are extremely clean, secure, modern, and luxurious for a great price. They are ideally located close to Timpanogos Highway, and in a great neighborhood. I couldn’t ask for a better apartment. These are truly amazing.

Great community and management
We have really enjoyed our experience with ICO Ridge. The community is modern, clean, and classy. The location is ideal. The property is attended to with vigor, which I appreciate. The management, especially Cricket, has been kind, helpful, and a pleasure to work with.
