Moving in has been awful. We love the apartment but the move in was not so great. Nothing to hold the doors open, nothing to hold the elevator open. Cars parked in front of the main doors making it nearly impossible for the movers to carry in couches and mattress? Why isn't the car spots in front of the doors blocked off for moving furniture. I woudl so not want my car to be parked there.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re very glad to hear that you love your apartment, but we’re truly sorry to hear that your move-in experience was frustrating. As a controlled access community, we do not allow exterior doors to be propped open... for security reasons. The same applies to keeping the elevator doors held open beyond their programmed timing. We understand that this can make moving more challenging, but these policies are in place to help ensure the safety of our residents and their homes. Regarding the vehicles parked in front of the main entrance, we were not made aware at the time that there were residents or guests parking in the fire lane during your move. Parking in that area is not permitted, and had we known, we would have addressed it immediately. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the move-in process for future residents.
