Rocco is amazing! She is very helpful and super sweet! She gave us a tour of the apartments and helped us apply! Very nice community! Nice appliances inside, everything looks so nice!

Management is very helpful, quick to respond and friendly!! Any problem in unit, they’re always reliable and fast to fix it. I’m still very happy living here…hard to find thesame deal elsewhere.

I am truly disappointed that since I moved in in February, no one has taken the time to clean the outdoor furniture. The blue couches and chairs have stains, dirt, spiderwebs and grim on them, and no one has washed, vacuumed or wiped them down ever.
I laid down in a lawn chair and the screw was broke, so the top half fell inward at the middle and has broken for the last few weeks, no one has removed or fixed it.
When running in the gym the grim on the windows looking out to the pool is months... old.
The other day I was in the bathroom beside the pool and toilet paper was all over the floor.
The cleaning of the pool and public areas now that the sun has arrived and it is busy, is very minimal.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We sincerely apologize that the cleanliness and upkeep of our community spaces have not met your expectations. Our team strives to maintain all community amenities... and common areas to a high standard, and we regularly clean and inspect these spaces throughout the year. Outdoor furniture and pool areas do require periodic deep cleaning, which must be carefully coordinated around weather conditions and temporary amenity closures to minimize disruption to residents. We have already scheduled additional cleaning and inspection of the pool furniture and surrounding areas.We also appreciate you bringing the damaged lounge chair to our attention, in the future feel free to call in or email the office to let us know so we can handle that right away. Resident feedback helps us identify maintenance items that may need immediate attention, and we will ensure it is addressed if it has not been already.As our community experiences increased use during the summer season, our team will continue to monitor and clean amenity spaces regularly. We are committed to providing a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents and appreciate the opportunity to improve wherever needed.

The application process was not great. I was in a hurry to get a place and was met with a lot of issues with the document upload process as it is not monitored by a human. It took placing many calls to the office and days of my time to go in and have it manually pushed through anyway. It was almost enough for me to look elsewhere for a place. I stuck with it though and am glad I did. Bravada is a wonderful place and I am a happy resident.

I wavered between a 2 and a 3. First off, the staff are really nice people. However, there is a list of issues that you wouldn't necessarily notice first. There is a HUGE problem with dog poop everywhere. They are supposed to be charging people for this - they don't. The elevator in my building broke right after I had surgery, and the manager was unwilling to offer any help to me. It's loud...and people do not necessarily respect the property or each other.

We take concerns about pet waste seriously and understand how... frustrating it can be when residents do not follow community rules. Our team continues to remind residents of their responsibilities and enforce our pet policies when violations are reported. Regarding the elevator, the repairs required specialized parts from outside vendors, which unfortunately impacted the repair timeline. We understand how difficult this situation must have been, especially during your recovery, and we're sorry to hear that you felt unsupported during that time. We also recognize that noise and respect for shared community spaces are important factors in residents' quality of life. We encourage residents to report disturbances so our team can address issues in accordance with community policies. For after-hours concerns, residents may contact Courtesy Patrol and/or the non-emergency police line when appropriate.
