Clean community, good management. Quiet. There is a dog area and poop stations all around the apartments. Maintenance is always quick to come by when needed.

Staff used to be personable and kind, but now they don’t follow up when they say they will, and there’s a 50/50 chance someone has an attitude when we have a request. Inspections seem excessive. We had an annual inspection for the fire alarms but a few weeks later they test the fire alarms again. There was a month span where they entered our apartment 4 times. I work from home with my spouse so when this happens we need to set time out of our day away to ensure our work isn’t interrupted. On top... of all of that, this apartment was clearly poorly made. Less than 5 years and there’s cracks in the walls and ceilings. We have an electrical problem that spans the entire building and they refuse to call an electrician.

So far so good after moving in. Place was clean and I have had no issues so far. The amenities are nice and very helpful. So far the only issue has been finding parking but that’s not a huge dealbreaker.
