The management is professional respectful & caring. The staff is friendly & understanding of the needs of their residents. When ever I submitted a work order request I received a timely response. Maintenance takes pride in their work making sure all repairs are working properly before leaving

Building has plumbing issues, water damage and mold, maintenance takes their sweet time, management is not helpful unless it benefits them, apartment have the landlord special don’t expect anything more.

I had promised the office staff to make a review ,and keep forgetting promise again this SAturday when I came to pay rent.
It is a surprise to read a bad review to the office staff .My experience had been the opossite even with maintenance issue all the ladies in the office are always helpful. Very happy herw

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! If I could give this complex 0 stars I would. All of these reviews on Google are fake and scripted by the manager. Please check other apartment rating websites and you will see enumerable testimonies that sound all too familiar with mine. DO YOUR RESEARCH, I wish I did before moving in here. The roach infestation at this complex is other-worldly, something straight out of a horror movie. We have spent hundreds of dollars out of our own pockets on treatments to try and help... (despite the fact that “pest control” is charged to our rent monthly) but they never stop coming, even after bombing our unit 3 times in one week. The trash service is unreliable at best and most days we take our own garbage out (again despite the fact that we pay for the valet service monthly) The staff is unhelpful and spiteful, they will never answer your calls, at one point after being on hold for 30+ minutes I decided to just walk up to the office (still on hold) and when I walked in the 3 office ladies were sitting around laughing and chatting while the phone continuously rang in the back ground, when I asked if they had received my numerous calls they responded with a shrug. We have had 3 occasions where maintenance was required on the unit, once when our dishwasher fell out of the wall due to rotted ply-wood (gross) another time because our AC unit was not working, and again when the oven in the unit stopped working, on all three occasions we waited WEEKS before we finally fixed it ourselves and the work orders were NEVER checked on. I have a documented service dog, I have brought the manager SEVERAL copies of his papers and yet they keep trying to make us pay the pet fee. Finally they charged us a back-fee for not having renters insurance, but we had renters insurance since before moving in and it never lapsed. We emailed, fax, and gave them paper copies of our proof of insurance and they still say they have not received it. We only lived here for 1 year but it was my worst experience renting ever, and I couldn’t wait for the lease to end. The lodge may seem like they have reasonable pricing, but you will spend more than the difference on doing your own maintenance and pest control.
