Been here for over a year and it’s so great living here . Live like if hotel living but apartment style . Come take a tour and see for your self . Oh it’s an all bills included with rent .

Really nice property! Everything looks clean and well taken care of, and the amenities are great. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Overall, I had a really good experience at Perla 249 and would definitely recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a place in the area.

I recently moved to Spring and did not where to go for an apartment. This place is perfect. Very clean, the entire process from applying to moving in was super easy. The team is very attentive and I feel very comfortable living here.

Very old and dirty equipment roaches all around this very old building mold in the ac vents garbage all over the parking lot the office took away the handicap parking and the office people treat Disabled Veterans like trash
