Love living here! We love living here! Any issues we've needed to be fixed have been fixed the same day, the office is very communicative and makes sure we're always good.

My time here was phenomenal. All the admin are extremely nice, can’t beat the location and price, very quiet and safe. Lived here for a year and only left for work purposes but have definitely been considering moving back lol.

Horrible place to live. Poor maintenance. They don’t fix problems. Bad management. Cars get towed for no reason.

I’ve lived at this place for years. It’s quiet, there aren’t many problems, but my AC has problems now. I’ve written 3 requests for maintenance as I work at home now, and my AC was out for a solid 2 days in the middle of Houston’s summer. No one comes out. Cool. It defrosts I guess, but then major leaks are happening. The AC has a little area beneath it- well with regular frequency it sounds like a faucet is turned on... well this bleeds through the walls and into the carpets. My children don’t... want to go into their room because the floor is soaking wet!!! I am putting towels down to prevent mold, and you’d think after the 3 requests and the 2 in person visits they’d do something. Amazing how that hasn’t happened.
