Extra fee after moving in I had to move to a different unit the day my new lease started, after three days I was charge $500 property transfer fee. I have completed my 1 yr lease from my 1bd, now switching to a 2bd, extra $500 transfer fee is totally nonsense.

Downsizing and being selective doesn't always go hand in hand. Alan was a godsend. Not only was he very professional, but was personable and genuinely wanted to help. It was challenging trying to find an apartment complex that could decently communicate and accommodate my unit preferences but the Grove exceeded my expectations. I fell in love with the unit Allen showed me and I was embarrassed I displayed the tears (I did so many tours, but finally felt home!). I'm on the third floor, but its... completely worth it. The property is well-kept and the community has a warm atmosphere. Cody was really nice and answered my question over the phone. He was also attentive and very considerate of my time when I came to pick up the keys. Maintenance is also on point! Sure, they come into the apartment like the kool-aid man, but they get things fixed! I even get follow-up text messages asking if I'm satisfied or if I need anything else!
