Do not move here. Serious mold problems and they will not let you out of your lease. I did not feel well and had no idea what was causing my increase of symptoms. I heard from other residents about mold coming out of the vents. I checked mine and sure enough mold from the HVAC system. I moved out and am still paying rent. They had a company clean and then tested the air quality without running the system and told me it was safe. I tested it again and it showed mold. I am paying so I don’t get an... eviction but I wouldn’t even live there for free.

Is this how you treat your residents?
New management towed car of single mom at Christmas. Four year resident and got towed in the middle of the night without warning. Costs $300 just to get the car out same day. Bah Humbug.

Awful
Trash!!!! I've had mold at my house for 3 weeks now and all they have done is spray it with bleach. Now supposably some company is coming out to come look at the mold and see what to do. My 4 month old daughter is really sick because of all of this, and they won't let us move out of the apartments without paying a fee for the lease, even though it is their fault!!!

Cypress Villa View
cypress view apartments are good, decent size ,self appliance complex. Office hours are very acceptable. it is very children friendly and safe.
