I moved here before all the units were finished. I'm on year three. Front office staff has changed multiple times. Management companies have also changed and maintenance crew has changed several times and is minimal (2 people). The property is poorly managed with continual dog waste, trash, filthy steps and breezeways. Some residents here to not care about where they live. Property mgmt sends emails about dog waste and pool hours but neither are enforced.

I have lived at Park Place since before they were finished building, so about 3 years. The front office help and 'maintenance' help have been CONSTANTLY changing the entire time. They changed management companies last year. The FIRST time I cooked anything I had BLACK ants. The amount of dog waste is disgusting. I was told it was because 'the maintenance guys were having to split time between properties.' Like it is maintenance that should be picking up the dog crap. Many residents that live... here do not care where they live and throw out fast food trash/bags, beer cans/bottles. Many residents are LOUD. I'm not sure the pool closes in the summer at night (like it should) and loud parties go into the wee hours of the morning. The shower water pressure is terrible, the kitchen sink won't even drain water without turning on the garbage disposal (the switch is located under the sink), trash outside the dumpsters (mattresses, furniture, tires, and pallets) will go WEEKS without being disposed of. We moved from a 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms to Park Place Apartments in March 2020. The customer service is 10 stars! Everyone is polite, respectful, caring, people friendly and professional. They are always willing to answer any questions that I may have. The apartments are quiet, kid and pet friendly! This is a place that you must see and if your children are in elementary school, Felty Elementary School is right across the street from the apartments. When you move to Park Place...
