I love this quiet community. Work orders are taken care of very quickly and the maintenance guys are super nice. The manager, Lea, has been easy to work with too.

Cracked floors and walls, infested with bugs, clogged showers, mold in vents/ceiling, and the laundry room is absolutely filthy— nothing like picture! I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. Save yourself the time and stress by looking in person, images are a trick.

Our unit is nice… aside from the massive roach infestation and $500 electricity bills.

In all seriousness, they didn’t send pest control to our apartment for months, which worsened an already horrible roach problem. We had to threaten to call the health department before they sent anyone out, and they’ve been inconsistent since. We also clearly have a problem with our HVAC unit. Our bill runs up nearly $500 during the hot months. Which is most of them in Texas. This is with the ac not even... being able to get the temp below 77 degrees. We have the thermostat set at 77 since it won’t go lower to avoid the ac running all the time. But our bill is still astronomical- especially for it to be blazing hot in our apartment.

Management is incompetent and maintenance is a joke.

Great apartments for a reasonable price. I moved here in early 22 and Ive not had a single problem go unhandled. Management takes the time to get to know residents by name. They even know my dog! Maintenance is fast and no “landlord specials”. They actually fix the problems. Quiet and clean with large units in a great location.

Big step up from Fox Run (my first place). Management is nice, when I have an issue (maintenance request) it's normally resolved same day. Neighbors are cordial, complex not very noisy, every now and then I would see people hanging out but they won't be loud, overall the environment just feels comfortable and I plan on staying here as long as I can.
