roaches but great square space

1 br /1ba, no in unit washer/dryer. No covered parking. Roach infested. Valet trash service sucks (mandatory to pay) unit NOT clean or ready for move in. You never know how much you’ll be paying- prices vary month to month all the time. Good luck getting your deposit back.

Regrets...

I moved in about 4 months ago and I regret it every single day. Overcrowded parking, a/c goes out every 3-4 wks and my electric bill is ridiculous for a one bdrm. I've rented 4 or 5 apartments in tyler. Tx and never had so many problems. My a/c runs nonstop but can't keep up so it gets about 80 during the day and 73-75 at night. I leave is on 68. I'd advise anyone to sign a 6mo instead of a year, unlike me unfortunately. The windows are old and very thin, pool is an eyesore, laundry room is... disgusting, no dog park, no covered parking, no dog waste stations. I'm not sure where the 'fees' go to but I'll be moving as soon as my lease is up. Just beware!!

Owners are awful

I lived here for nearly 4 years. It is an older property, but it was extremely well-maintained and all of the units were very spacious and oversized in comparison to others at the same price. It was a quiet and very neat place to live. The property was sold, renovated, and flipped. Building by building, the current tenants received nonrenewals and were forced to transfer to a renovated unit at $400 more a month plus about another $100 a month in fees. We were given 30 day notice to either... transfer to a renovated unit or move out all together. It hit a lot of people unexpectedly and people there was no compassion or lenience on finding people adequate time to make arrangements. They have done a lot of needed updating, but because of the fact of the way they treated all of the current tenants and ran them out, I would strongly advise against this property. The renovations that they did do not warrant the high price of rent at this property. They say it is at market value, and it probably is in comparison to a luxury community, but this is not a luxury community and it does not have the same amenities. I would not recommend it. I moved to another place that was nicer, updated, larger. I got a three bedroom two bath in a better area for what they were asking for a two bedroom one bath

Large floor space, management doesn't care

The floor plans are large and I heard the pricing is going up due to new renovations. The parking lots are over crowded and you have to park far away from your front door if you arrive after 4pm. The apartments are loud and you can hear your neighbors at anything above a normal conversation volume.

Horrible

The apartments are old and spacious, yet they have a lot of pluming problems. The apartment always smells like sewer and the management staff have people watching your apartment to see who go in and out. They asked us to move because my daughter was there the majority of the time due to me working 7 days a week 12 hr shifts and she was there keeping my other children. They gave us 30 days to move and then charged us for the 13 days that we were there into the following month. I would have... continued out my lease and then found me something else, but because of nosey people, we had to up and leave. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The pricing is decent, however it is not worth the trouble.
