I love it here for a first time apartment its not that bad. You have your own peace and quite, and something to call yours. The new management works with you with everything they just don't push you to the side. Although the apt could need some updating not just painting over but overall everything has been great.

Been here a year, somehow paying rent through the portal doesn’t go well sent rent payment back twice, AC goes out every month, new management are pretty cool they will work with you that’s the only positive so far

no a/c for months, no hot water, smells like rotten cigarettes, loud neighbors, broke sink faucet, tile from the shower started falling off, old plumbing system made it impossible to use the bathroom without flooding it, management refused to help, yes this includes the new management. if you think “oh i’ll just tough it out” i promise you. you will not. choose anywhere else. the rent price is not even worth it. save your sanity
