Palomar es una comunidad perfecta para vivir, limpia, tranquila, cómoda y segura. La piscina y los jardines son maravillosos y están bien cuidados, el equipo de mantenimiento trabaja muy rápido y muy bien y todos los miembros de su plantilla son amables y atentos, estoy muy contenta de haber elegido este sitio para vivir.

Palomar is an exceptional property. The close location to absolutely everything is such a plus, along with the awesome office staff and maintenance team that goes above and beyond for all residents, even visitors!!

I love Palomar's proximity to the grocery store, fast food, and the fun things south Tyler has to offer. They also have an awesome dog park, and I am excited to check it out! I just moved here and everything looks great so far. The pool is beautiful, the community is nice, and the gate makes me feel very safe!

I’ve been living at Palomar for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s a great place to call home. The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the complex is always well maintained.

I want to give a special shoutout to David from the maintenance team. He has been a tremendous help, especially during a week when I had multiple issues. When our dryer stopped working, he promptly ordered a new one, and the very next day, he fixed the outlet. He also listened to my concerns about the A/C and... took measures to ensure it was addressed.

I’ve lived here for two years and The employees are incredible. I want to shout out the maintenance men for all of their hard work and especially for David. It wouldn’t be the same without him. You will never find yourself in a situation when David is around.
