I lived @ Marymount back in 2012. The apartments are dated. The kitchen is very compact. The living room is extremely small. The only positive is that the bedroom is large (larger than the living room). I find the price for this property to be outrageous, especially being there is no covered or assigned parking and not enough at times. The management was absolutely dreadful. Do not rent from this property. They will nickle and dime you to death at the termination of your lease.
