From my very first tour to move-in day, everything has been wonderful! The community is beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff made the application and move-in process so easy and seamless.

I have lived here for 2 years and now a third. I like it, super cute and nice units. The only thing I will say is that the staff and management isn’t the most welcoming or the nicest. Good price!

After multiple complaints about noise and safety issues. They don't take an issues that you will have seriously! We have made multiple noise complaints about our neighbors and they still have not done anything to resolve it. It has gotten to the point that the disk lights on our ceiling are falling out because they are so noisy! The neighbors that live beside us have been having screaming matches with themselves to the point we have had to call the police because it is such a disturbance. We are... really disappointed with this property. I got shot by a BB Gun from one of the tenants while walking down the stairs and if they don't take these safety issues seriously then I will be finding a way out of my lease on there dime. Move from Louisiana to Houston and the leasing process was seamless. The staff were friendly and I’m loving the amenities. The bedrooms are spacious and it’s a friendly pet Complex.

I recently moved into Cyan and have been very happy. They had multiple floor plans available within my needs and price range. Sonora was very helpful throughout the process. She was very prompt and friendly even when I had a ton of questions. The staff is always cleaning the property and the pool area. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
