The home is FURNISHED with wifi included! It's a modern ranch w/ detached two-car garage, lots of natural light, and a large patio with French doors. It has lofted ceilings in the front room and main living area, a gas... fireplace, and a huge dedicated office space. It's chock-full of art and fun decor, with stainless appliances and comfy beds. Please note the photos may not reflect the exact decorations, but they're similar. The home is very comfortable, open, updated, and quiet. I loved living there. :) There's substantial enclosed storage space off the back of the garage.

Covington Woods is a quiet, deed-restricted neighborhood build in the 70s with mature trees and well-kept houses. The local elementary school is walking distance from the house, as is a small grocery store. Nearby is a fantastic HEB (grocery store, for those not in the know), the Imperial (Sugar) Historic District, and our minor league baseball stadium, as well as tons of restaurants and shopping. The school district is excellent, and it's also not far from the Texas Medical Center or the med centers in Sugar Land. Sugar Land is known nationally as one of the safest cities in America!

Besides internet, you will be in charge of other utilities/bills and yard care.
