This apartment offers a truly comfortable living experience. The layout is well-designed and maximizes the available space. Natural light fills the rooms, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided enhance the overall convenience and enjoyment of living here. While the restroom sink is a bit small, it does not detract significantly from the positive aspects of this apartment.

My kids and I Love this place. The community itself it's beautiful and quiet and the experience has overall been wonderful. The process of moving in was super easy and quick. & On top of it all the staff is so amazing and very welcoming! I also love the idea of the community events that they have. I've been looking for a family oriented community & the Caldwell beyond exceeded my expectations.

Apartment is super nice & modern, and there’s plenty of space in a 1bd1ba for 1-2 people.
Only nitpick is whoever designed the bathroom never actually set up a mock model (I assume 100% digital design). Reason I say that is the shower door (walk-in shower in mine) opens OVER the towel rack, so it’s a guarantee you will be getting water on the floor, unless you move your towel. Kinda defeats the purpose of the rack at that point imo.
