The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Rats, overflowing trash dumpsters, and dirty stairs/grounds.

The Crescent is a great place to live. The location cannot be beat. The management and maintenance team are conscientious, contributing to my overall positive experience.

The location is great, but that’s pretty much the only good thing about these apartments. They are very overpriced for the quality. The amenities are basically nonexistent and the appliances in the apartment keep breaking or having issues.

These apartments are so overpriced! They claim that they’re luxury, but things break so easily! I’ve only lived here for 7 months, and I’ve already had about 10 maintenance visits due to things breaking. There are also a ton of fees that just make this place not worth it at all. Please don’t waste your time.
