I’m staying here for my third year and have not had any big issues with the place. The complex I’ve been in hadn’t had problems and any maintenance requests have been achieved fairly quickly. Looking forward to my last year here!

The complex always smells like weed. When we first moved in my roommate had mold growing in her cabinets. There are always maintenance requests being made not by me but by the complex and when I kindly tell them or ask them to not enter a space they DO NOT need to be in they disregard the request and help themselves into anything. I put up a sign says to not go in my closet and even put tape on my door to see if they would and when I got home the sign was gone and the closet door was wide open.... I have never felt so uncomfortable to live in a place ever in my life. I contacted to office and all they said was “I’ll see what I can do”. Completely disregarding that their own staff decided to wonder my room. A place THAT I pay for this is not okay. I have come home to my bed completely move because their was an “issue” with the WiFi box but then when I called they said said WiFi box was in my closet (there is nothing in my closest but a water spout thing for a fire). Pricey but overall worth it. Big pool. Excellent maintenance workers and leasing staff.

Did sooo much research when first moving here as many apts had their pros and cons, however I hadn’t heard much about this place til I took the tour. My family knew before I did that this was the place for me lol. So far amazing rates, speedy maintenance, good roommate matching (besties w 1/2), the staff is so sweet and always hold cute events up front and has a pretty funny n clever social media presence. Deffff recommend to anyone I hear is looking because I only have good things to say.
