Worst decision to move here! I've had 7 LEAKS in my unit so far and it hasn't been a year yet! The very first month the AC went out! I'm so sick of living here! And residents don't pick up after their pets so there's crap everywhere. Literally everything in my unit is falling apart! For example the plug literally broke in half when plugging the charger!

It's a quiet place in a college town. It's wonderful to be able to have a nice quiet evening while most of our neighboring complexes are filled with loud college parties (that I sometimes go to) without being disturbed at home. I'm happy with the management and have enjoyed my renting experience. Although I'd enjoy it a whole lot more if rent was free. Cough cough
