I’ve lived here for almost a year and that apartment costs way too much for what it is worth. The apartment itself if very old and has mold on the walls. The maintenance also doesn’t always come in a timely manner and the front office always seems to be empty or leave early. Overall there are way better and nicer apartments in the area. They also take forever to email back especially with billing concerns.

The building is an old hotel from the 60's and has alot of personality. The staff is friendly and maintenance works really hard.

Overall this apartment shows a lot of promise but as it stands, it is not worth. With problem with roaches, black mold, and water damage, it’s considered a hazard to live here. This place needs to be gutted down and rebuilt as there are multiple things that need to be updated. They are literally just profiting on the location more than anything else. The community used to be great but now it’s just a revolving door.

The Beverly is a great place to live. The staff is always so nice, they treat everyone like family. The residents are very friendly as well. I would recommend to anyone if they are looking to live kind of downtown and for a reasonable price.

I love living at Beverly. The manager is so sweet and helpful (although I wish your temps were more knowledgeable), maintenance is attentive, friendly, and professional. Every morning when I leave for work he is cleaning the lobby and wishes me a good day at work. I've seen him interact with other residents- the service is superb. The building is older, but the renovation is excellent. Residents are friendly as well; I have not ran into a sour-puss yet. Extremely happy to be living off Broadway...
