RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!!! I moved out of this complex almost 5 months ago - paid professional cleaning and left my apartment VERY clean. TODAY, I got a letter that they send a move out bill to collections that already took a credit hit. I am trying to buy a house, and NO ONE EVER contacted me about this prior to.. not a letter/call anything. I was legit waiting for my deposit to be issued back!! They sent app in when they weren't supposed to, they knew were coming in today change a couple things , They
Lied, stated things that weren't true, called the automated number right in front of them, that clearly says who makes decision to approve or deny . Stated they cant see everything on report. Front desk worker literally said you have a bill for 13,000, well of course and if you look closer it states never late paid on time and its a vehicle payment..... so apparently she does not have... a car payment or owes any balances of any kind. Was then told after since they " cant see" everything , print consumer report and bring back and will review. So we did. Project manager would not come out, had to deal with front desk workers, one of the front desk workers was quite sarcastic and even at the end of conversation said a robot makes the decision. Mind you both applicants with good credit, offer to provide proof of everything. Nope they made up their mind.. even after the project manager said bring this paper and ill review again ( which by this time I knew he was you know what, but was still hopeful for the couple because they really loved the location ). The couple was willing to provide any extra paperwork needed, Could not get a hold of him, no legitimate reason for denial. Even called another apartment complex to just verify what I already knew. with income, credit, positive productive members of society one on law enforcement and other college graduate and no good answer to why denied and avoidance. We don't want to talk with the front desk ladies we want the actual boss. Im a leader in my profession as well and mad or not I truly care about people and try to make them understand and am available at all times until they know what they need to know and are comfortable with my answers and reasoning. I just moved in to the complex and Morgan has made it such a breeze. She's friendly and efficient. She always has a smile and is willing to get the job done. The complex itself is nice, apartments are spacious and whenever you need something taken care of all you need is to add the issue to the portal and it gets done right away! So far so good.
