The office and maintenance do not respond to concerns even when a report is filed correctly. When maintenance does finally come to fix things they do a patchy job and another report is needed within a week. This has happened with the fridge, dishwasher, a leak in the ceiling, and most recently the AC. Multiple reports have been made for the AC this summer and all have been canceled after adding Freon but not fixing the issue. This time the apartment has been over 90 degree (the max the... thermostat will read) for 4 days. It is now Monday and the issue is not resolved. Definitely not acceptable living conditions.
