50% of parking spaces are reserved and they hold you hostage to pay for a reserved spot if you want to park near your building, or you can park across the complex where there are frequent break-ins due to the always-open gates. The whole complex smells like trash due to the infrequent trash pickup, and 100% full dumpsters all the time. Internet is group shared and cannot be controlled, which results in people sitting outside apartments in parking lot using free Wi-Fi. Many issues and staff do... not care. Maintenance issues with electrical in apartment and had to hire own electrician because they did not believe me and said I had too many things plugged in when the refrigerator wouldn't stay on. Wouldn't be as big of an issue if rent wasn't so high.
