When I originally applied to these apartments, i applied for a cheaper unit, which they changed without telling me to move up my move-in date. I didn't find out until move-in day that they only have washer/dryer hookups in the 2 bed 2 bath models, not all units as advertised. I also moved into my apartment only to find out that the A/C is broken, and their fix was to place a window unit in the bedroom. It has been over a month now and the A/C has not been fixed. I also have 2 ESA's, which I have... had for 16 years now, and their Pet Screening service they use denied my ESA letters despite my letters meeting federal guidelines. There are roaches, they don't respond to work orders, no one answers the emergency maintenance line, the place was dirty when i moved in despite moving in a day late so their 'cleaning service' could get the apartment ready, they go through managers like changing clothes, add hidden fees, and their trash valet will find any reason not to take your trash. Seriously, do not live here.
