Where am I supposed to park when it’s raining and flood warnings! Y’all seriously can’t have enough parking spots! Thank goodness I’ve already put in my notice! The parking is lousy. I was told twice that I was going to get a call back about covered parking so guess what I got towed on one of my busiest days of the week at work. $300 to get out and do they care! Not one bit! Update: Now I have a $675 CPS bill I’m paying for thanks to this place! The floor leaked in our apartment due to the ac... and it caused our ac bill to rise. The leak also ruined a really nice nightstand! Ive contacted CPS and they said that it was 100% the apartments fault. I’ve contacted them to see if they will pay for some of the bill (since it’s there fault!) and they won’t get back to me! Their waiting on corporate……… I’m not stupid. Y’all are gonna think that I have forgotten and ignore the situation that y’all caused! Get out of this place! Thank goodness I got out before they tried taking anymore money from me!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!
No STARS!! DO NOT MOVE here!! It will be a big mistake. They illegally tow your cars from your PAID covered parking with your PARKING PERMIT sticker in clear view on your windshield. Front office staff extremely rude. You can rent much nicer apartments for the same price somewhere else.

BAD APARTMENTS..!!!!!!
Worst Apartments Ever, DON`T Rent HERE.!!!! Staff is Unprofessional and will not listen to tenants. Maintenance does not get work orders done for five or six days.My air conditioner was not cooling properly for three months and they would not fix it because I was moving out. one of the staff said " At least you have some air working some people don`t have any air at all." What does that tell about their concern about the tenants.???? My air temperature in my apartment was 85 degrees for 3 months... until my lease ended.( In June July and August.!!! ) You`re making a BIG MISTAKE if you move in here.!!!!!
