This apartment is poorly run by the management and Office. They could care less about residents problems, or maintenance issues. They will save face by sending someone out, but will take months upon months to fix an issue. The garbage is overflowing every weekend due to there being valet to throw away the trash during the weekend which is paid by a fee which is non-optional every month. You also run the risk of getting your car towed while being parked under a spot that you pay for every month.... The front office is inconsiderate when dealing with residence issues and refuses to compensate for their mistakes. STAY AWAY! I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience at this apartment complex since I moved in and it hasn’t even been a month! The upstairs neighbors are CONSISTENTLY loud and obnoxious, making it impossible to enjoy any peace. They are so loud my ceiling fan shakes from their stomping, running, and full on basketball game they must be playing up there. Despite multiple complaints in person and over the phone, the management hasn’t taken any effective action. Their so-called “solution” was... for me to move units after I had already settled in, demanding another security deposit and a $50 transfer fee. Why do I have to be punished when I’m abiding by my lease agreement by being a quiet and respectful neighbor. And GOOD LUCK if you want the front office to do anything! Despite being promised THREE times that Xiomara from the front office would call me about the issue, I’ve heard NOTHING. I can’t wait to move out when my lease is up! Since the most recent change in management the property has gone down hill really fast. Trash all over the property and the landscaping just doesn’t look the same either. I would usually see the manager drive the property with one of his office people. The last conversation I had with the new manager was probably 2 weeks ago and it was like pulling teeth she didn’t want any involvement all the conversations was over was the pool and her response was that “pool permit hadn’t been purchased in... years” I don’t think that’s very good to be telling residents and also why would the new company stepping in make sure all that was good before stepping in? I guess it doesn’t work like that? I would never recommend anyone live here. The customer service is poor once they get you in the door. For example, the valet trash service often doesn’t get picked up and instead of the management office doing anything about it, they have you call the trash company. Also, I’ve had people park in front of my garage several times and it’s usually the maintenance staff, but regardless of who it is the management office won’t call the tow company; they expect you to do it. I’ve had mice in my... apartment, which they did very little about, and never followed up about. I was the one who had to catch and dispose of the mice. My neighbor had a snake that would come into her unit and they could never figure out where it came in from. Fifty02 is a hidden gem! So quiet, clean, friendly. Apartments are modern and offer many different layouts. The property management was so helpful and nice when moving which made it super easy. The complex is tucked away so you can’t hear traffic. Perfect location that is close to multiple shopping centers. Great amenities and military friendly! So happy we found these apartments.
