I moved in July 2021 and everything was great until the property was sold and under new management. I can never get ahold of anyone over the phone which they recommend. When I try to go in they say I need to make an appointment or they change their lunch schedule. It was so easy to make rent payments online with my checking account but with this new system, I have had many issues. I have had to pay with money orders. Since my arrival to Estraya Westover Hills complex, I have been quite pleased with the speed and professionalism of the maintenance team. I have had several requests that they responded to and the issues were fixed within a day or two for routine issues. For high priority issues they responded the same day as the request was submitted. The maintenance team is a great credit and asset to the complex.

The staff always professional and keeps us informed about what is happening in the community and on the property.

In my opinion, this community has been kept very well. The maintenance team has corrected all of my issues or concerns quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased that we chose to reside here.

After 9 months of being here, I still really love it. Maintenence is usually quick if you have an issue pop up, and the office staff is super friendly. The food trucks are a nice thing to have come by! Overall, it's been a good place to live. I do recommend a garage, my truck did have the catalytic converter stolen early on, but I feel super safe with the garage, not only from thieves, but any weather that moves through, my truck is protected! You won't regret moving here.
