I have lived at Dwell for about a month. The amenities are numerous. I enjoy the fact that the property has easy access to both Hwy 281 and Loop 1604.

I absolutely love it here. I had a lot of worry when I first moved here since I’m from the northwest and there’s a lot of different things here that I’m not used to for example roaches, my brothers apartment had that issue for a while and when I was finding one here, I was really worried. But this apartment complex has been amazing. I haven’t had a single bug issue. I had a maintenance request. It was fixed the next day. They are always super nice at the office. I have zero complaints. It’s a... great place and I do see myself renewing my lease here

Staff is nice and very helpful if there is anything I need. Any maintenance needed is done in a timely manner. The occasional food trucks are nice to allow me to try new things I may not normally try.
