I originally rented from one company and halfway through my lease, they changed ownership. Everything quickly went downhill, they charged us for many bogus repairs when we left and everything was in great shape and we have photos. They charged me for the door peep hole replacement, due to sun damage.

Except $2k in charges when you move out, they did the same to our neighbors.

Don’t rent from here!! I filled out an application online for a unit. Got a quote which was supposed to be good for 2 days. I went in the same day and was told the price was wrong online even though it let me fill out the application and was told the price. Leasing agent was also bad. Didn’t care about anything I said and acted like she just wanted me to leave. There are plenty of other properties in the area that will treat you better. I would look elsewhere. Management does not enforce rules or respond to resident complaints. Noisy neighbors; bags of trash on breezeway floors all day everyday. This is tip of iceberg.

The complex is extremely well kept and the staff is always helpful. The maintenance team has always fixed any issue in a timely manner. Convenient location for those who commute!

My family and I just moved from out of state, and thanks to Ruby in the leasing office made the process very simple and easy. We are in love with the pool!
