I've lived here for over 8 years, it's peaceful and quiet right off the highway. The only complaints I have is the constant shuffle of the office managers most of the time the ladies are snobby and rude with a lot of attitude in the office. maintenance can take a while depending on which maintenance guy you get. They need to use exterminaters more often especially around the pool area for bugs.

its near to a lot of great things mall, hospital, shopping centers , restaurants and right off the highway . The maintenance could step it up (fix lights that go out outside its often very dark and trim trees )and make the rest of the apartment grounds look better and not just around the office. Mesa Ridge is a good apartment community. It is a quiet, safe and friendlg community. The current management is friendly and readiky available to assist. The facilities (laundry mat, pool) are always maintained clean.

I'm happy to call my home at Mesa Ridge Apartments. Maitnience is AWESOME! They are always with in there time frame for a work order. The Apartment has great upgrades with new appliances and all at a decent price. The community has bulk cable so it's included in your water, sewer, trash, gas, and pest control which always come out to be the same every month... so I don't ever get a surprised bill.
