I would suggest looking elsewhere. The play area isn’t up to code, the pet waste is out of control, none of the community grills have grates, the dryer vents are full of birds (make sure you have good fire insurance), just to name a few. Worst of all, the gates have been broken for months with no indication they will be fixed anytime soon. Leading to masked teens banging on my door late at night and unhoused people walking through the neighhood at all hours. If you do decide because of location etc you want to try it out, make sure you tour the specific unit you plan to rent. They will show you an emaculate unit to bait you in, then switch you to what feels like a totally different unit. Also make sure you aren’t calculating the amenities into what youre expecting as they won’t likely be available.

My sister in law moved from Colorado and was sold a unit listing a washer/dryer and microwave only to find her unit lacked those amenities upon move in.

We first really liked the location of this place but they were all over the place. Took weeks to finally see the unit we were gonna move into, they showed us demo units and other units but never ours. When they did we found 3 roaches all in different rooms, less then 5 minutes into a freshly renovated and “move-in” ready unit. Barbara assured me that the roaches are active because they’ve sprayed pesticides 3 times in the three weeks it took to get the apartment ready for my and my family. When... I asked her how they were still getting in she let me know no apartment is 100% sealed. They kept trying to have us sign the lease before viewing the unit and we are so glad we didn’t. Mrs Argentina has always been so great helping me out with any questions I have. She is very nice and friendly.

Only good thing is location. Fleas, dog poop and trash is a big issue here. Its embarrassing when you drive in and see trash all around the one dumpster they have and junk cars in the same area for over a month. Staff does nothing about it . No control over pets, poop, and fleas as you walk around.

New manager & office staff don't care about current residents! They just focus on renting all of the vacancies! Garbage everywhere! Sewage system has backed up at least 4 times this year! They eventually stop the flow but leave the human waste, toilet paper etc. all over the parking lots. People, kids & dogs drive, walk & bike through the disgusting biohazardous pools! Can't wait to get out of here!!
