Marisa’s journey began in education, earning degrees from St. Mary’s University and Trinity University before dedicating 12 years to serving as a school psychologist for Northeast Independent School District. Her real estate career took off with remarkable success. She earned "Rookie of the Year" honors at her former brokerage and has been recognized as a Platinum Top 50 Finalist for five consecutive years. In 2025, she was honored as the Platinum Top 50 Executive of the Year, a testament to her leadership, industry expertise, and dedication to excellence. Additionally, she has received both local and national recognition from the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as a Top Agent. In 2021, Marisa took on a leadership role as Agent Success Manager at Realty San Antonio, later serving as the Vice President of Sales.
